We are seeking a

Junior Business Manager

to support the growth of our consulting activities with international financial institutions, with a strong focus on European MNCs operating in Asia.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved across

business development, recruitment, and project coordination

, in a fast-paced and client-facing environment.

🎯 KeyResponsibilities

Support the development of business opportunities with existing and prospective clients in the financial services sector

Participate in client discussions and contribute to the identification of consulting needs

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up)

Coordinate consultant onboarding and ensure effective deployment on client projects

Maintain and develop relationships with consultants and clients

Contribute to market research and talent mapping within the banking sector

👤Requirements

Master degree in Business, Finance, Management or a related field

1 year min of relevant experience (internship or full-time) in consulting

Demonstrated understanding of the banking environment and consulting dynamics

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment

Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities

Fluency in

English is required

Proficiency in

French/Spanish or German is a plus
