Business Manager (Medical Device)

Job Summary

Responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the Wound Care portfolio through product strategy, commercialization, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product, portfolio, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive business performance through P&L management, market insights, and growth initiatives.
• Lead product launches, marketing activities, KOL engagement, and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in Product Management, Marketing, Commercial, or related roles
• Experience in product/portfolio management, product launches, P&L, and pricing strategy.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and commercial orientation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; Wound Care or Medical Device experience is a plus.
