✔️ Build strong relationships with clients & key accounts

✔️ Source, interview, and hire consultants

✔️ Lead your own team and support their career progress

✔️ Monitor market trends & contribute to business strategy

✨ What We’re Looking For

🎓 Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or similar

💼 3–5 years of experience in business development, consulting, HR staffing, or technical industries

🤝 Strong communication, negotiation & relationship‑building skills

🌍 Fluent (C1) in English and Czech

🔥 Entrepreneurial mindset + high drive to succeed
