Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to lead merchant acquisition and partnership development in the retail electronics sector. This role focuses on identifying and onboarding merchants—especially mobile phone and electronics stores—and enabling them to offer installment financing solutions to their customers.

You will play a key role in expanding our offline distribution network, helping customers access financing options when purchasing smartphones and other electronic devices directly from retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new merchant partners, particularly mobile phone and electronics retailers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key decision-makers
• Promote and onboard merchants to our installment financing solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant integration and operations
• Drive transaction volume and ensure performance targets are met
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or merchant acquisition (preferably in fintech, retail, or electronics industry)

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Target-driven with the ability to work independently

• Experience in fintech, retail, or electronics industry is a plus

• Willing to travel and visit merchant locations
