Business Networking Executive

Job Scope

• Coordinate with external business contacts and follow up on meetings, invitations and networking opportunities.
• Engage with clients, business partners and key contacts on behalf of the CEO, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
• Manage the CEO’s social media accounts, plan content and capture relevant business activities or event highlights for personal branding.
• Coordinate with relevant parties on appointments, event arrangements and business engagements.
• Handle confidential matters, urgent requests and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the CEO.

Working Hours : 10.30AM - 6.30PM (Mon - Fri)

Location : 38-3, Jalan Metro Pudu, Off, Jln Yew, Fraser Business Park, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur

Requirement
⁠1. Strong communication skills, especially in English and Mandarin, know Cantonese is advantage
2. Able to anticipate needs, and solve problems independently
