Job Summary:
Avir at Wichita Falls is seeking a qualified Business Office Manager Assistant to join our family! We are searching for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can assist with various business office functions, including accounting, personnel, bookkeeping, secretarial, and medical records.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily business office operations, including billing, insurance, and patient billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both electronic and paper-based
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Business Office Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Business Office Manager

Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• Prior supervisor experience in a business office setting preferred
• Point Click Care (PCC) billing system experience preferred
