Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care Organization

We are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to oversee daily business office operations at our skilled nursing facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage private collections, Medicaid-pending accounts, and Admit Pack payer processes.
• Assist residents and families with financial and billing inquiries.
• Oversee accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with facility leadership and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
• Support residents and families with Medicaid and private-pay processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous business office experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
• Experience with ABE, PCC, MEDI, and RFMS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid, private-pay, billing, and collections processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
