We are looking for a hands-on Parking Operations Executive / Senior Executive who can take full ownership of car park site performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. This is not just a supervision role — you will be the key link between clients, operations, and revenue performance, ensuring every site runs smoothly, profitably, and in full compliance with service standards.

🤝 Client Experience & Relationship Management

You will be the trusted point of contact for clients by:

• Managing regular client meetings and operational reviews
• Presenting clear performance reports (revenue, occupancy, SLA, incidents)
• Handling escalated issues and ensuring fast resolution
• Strengthening client relationships and supporting contract renewals
• Ensuring full compliance with agreed service levels

🏢 Site Operations & Compliance

You will ensure every car park runs efficiently and safely:

• Oversee daily parking operations and traffic flow
• Conduct regular site inspections and operational audits
• Supervise attendants and ensure operational discipline (where applicable)
• Monitor signage, bay markings, equipment, and facility conditions
• Ensure proper system functionality and preventive maintenance compliance
• Enforce parking rules, manage violations, and handle clamping when required
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and site safety standards
• Maintain incident reports and operational documentation

📊 Performance, Revenue & Improvement

You will drive operational performance and revenue optimization:

• Analyze transaction data, occupancy trends, and revenue performance
• Identify revenue leakage risks and implement corrective actions
• Review disputes, refunds, and operational inefficiencies
• Collaborate with Marketing to support revenue growth initiatives
• Track issue resolution and ensure timely closure with internal teams
• Deliver client satisfaction and performance improvement reports

🎯 What We Are Looking For

• Experience in parking operations, facilities management, retail operations, security, or transport/logistics
• Strong on-site operational management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle client communication and service expectations professionally
• Comfortable working in multi-site, fast-moving operational environments

• Able to work independently and manage site-level decisions
