Business Operation (IT Business)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and support Channel & Partner operations, including partner registration, onboarding, agreements, certifications, partner programs, and related operational activities.
• Coordinate with Channel Partners, vendors, and internal teams such as Sales, Presales, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Maintain and manage partner information, documents, agreements, and operational data in CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, and other internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and monitor operational reports, dashboards, partner activities, performance, and pending actions, providing relevant information to support business and management decisions.
• Identify operational issues and support process improvement, including improving workflows, documentation, tracking tools, and reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Qualification

• Thai Nationality Only
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Support, Channel Support, Partner Coordination, Business Development Support, or related areas.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with Channel Partners, IT vendors, distributors, or System Integrators is an advantage.
• Experience in documentation, data tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
• Able to handle routine operational activities independently under established processes.
