BUSINESS OPERATION MANAGER

About the role

AU is looking for a sharp, proactive and hands-on Operations Manager who can identify problems before they become bigger issues. This is not a role for someone who waits for instructions. You must be able to observe the business, identify operational gaps, understand the root cause, propose practical solutions and follow through until improvements are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily outlet operations and team performance
• Identify problems in sales, service, workflow and customer experience
• Analyse the root cause instead of only handling the symptoms
• Propose clear solutions and improvement plans
• Turn company targets into team actions and measurable KPIs
• Improve the complete customer journey—from appointment to repurchase and referral
• Build and improve SOPs, workflows and service standards
• Ensure assigned actions are completed on time
• Train, guide and hold outlet leaders accountable
• Report key problems, solutions, progress and next actions to management

About you

• Sharp, observant and able to think independently
• Proactive in identifying and solving problems
• Strong in execution, follow-up and accountability
• Comfortable working with targets, KPIs and operational data
• Able to manage people and communicate expectations clearly
• Able to build systems, not only manage daily tasks
• Beauty, aesthetic, clinic, wellness or service-industry background is an advantage
