Business Operation Staff

Qualification :

• Bachelor degree in any field.
• *Minimum 2-5 years of work experience as sales coordinator/support with experience in import documentation and processing from **international trading company
  MUST BE QUALIFIED FOR ALL 5 AS LISTED BELOW; 
  1)Coordinate with oversea suppliers & shipping agency 
  2)Process delivery 
  3)Manage stock 
  4)Handle client's issue & complaints.
  5)Managing subordinates or supervising junior staffs
• *Must have *TOEIC score 600 or higher
• Familiar with Vlookup*

Flexible Work Hours: 
Time-In: 7:30 - 09:00 AM.
Time-Out: 4.30 - 6.00 PM.
Flexible Break Schedule (1 Hour): 11.00-12.00, 11.30-12.30, 11.45-12.45, 12.00-13.00 
Voluntary Work from Home: 2days/week (can choose any day from Mon. - Fri.)

Job Description :
Report directly to Thai manager.

Delivery Control

• Process order input to system
• Monitor delivery on time and report to customer (order balance)
• Expedite and negotiate with factory for delivery improvement
• Contact supplier, forwarder and broker to arrange shipment
• Adjust delivery request based on customer's requirement
• Cancel order according to customer's requirement
• Analyse current delivery supply to customer
• Manage service performance and report KPI result to team leader monthly

Stock Management

• Upload forecast and monitor forecast delivery situation
• Analyse forecast and customer demand trend
• Take advance action of stock adjustment based on current demand situation
• Analyse the cause of slow moving stock and manage the slow moving cargo
• Aanage stock and report situation with team leader monthly
• Return or transfer cargo to clear dead stock
• Issue scrap proposal form
• Check physical inventory at warehouse

Negotiation & Problem solving

• Understand customer requirement and offer a better choice or service to customer
• Negotiate with customer for the Win - Win solution
• Visit customer for negotiating or solving any issues relate with operation
