Business Operations Administrator

For over 40 years, Rick's Custom Fencing & Decking has been the Pacific Northwest's go-to name for quality fencing and decking.

We're family-owned, locally rooted, and growing, and we're looking for an Operations Admin to help keep our Spokane retail location running like a well-oiled machine.

If you're the type of person who color-codes your filing system for fun, catches errors before anyone else notices them, and genuinely enjoys being the glue that holds a busy office together, this is your role. You'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one, working alongside a team that takes pride in craftsmanship and treats employees like part of the family.

What You'll Do

• Customer & Sales Support
• Scheduling & Operations Support
• Accounting & Admin Support
• Field Admin Support

What You Bring

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working across both Windows and Mac systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Sharp organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities independently
• Full-time availability, Monday through Friday
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A professional, positive, dependable presence in the office

Pay: $21 - $23/hour, depending on experience

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
