Business Operations Analyst

Duties

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets using tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Data visualization software to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement
• Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports utilizing reporting and dashboarding tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales management systems and other business functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM system utilization
• Support the creation of business intelligence reports by integrating data from Salesforce Cloud, CRM systems, and other sources to facilitate data-driven decision making
• Conduct quantitative analysis including VLOOKUP functions, forecasting models, and sales analytics to evaluate performance metrics and recommend strategic actions
• Assist in the development of sales management dashboards that provide real-time insights into sales activities, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts
• Contribute to project management initiatives aimed at optimizing operational workflows and enhancing overall business processes through continuous improvement strategies

Skills

• Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Visio, and data visualization software for report generation and dashboard development
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Cloud platform and CRM system proficiency for managing customer data and sales activities
• Expertise in data analysis skills including SQL querying, Excel data analysis (VLOOKUP function), and quantitative analysis techniques
• Experience with sales analytics & reporting tools to support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking
• Ability to interpret complex data sets into clear insights through effective visualization techniques
• Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and process improvement frameworks to streamline operations
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills for collaborating with sales teams, IT departments, and executive leadership on analytical projects

Pay: $50,000.00 - $700,000.00 per year
