J Med, a leading supplier of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) across the United States, is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Operations Analyst to join our growing team

This position plays a critical role in supporting business performance by analyzing operational data, identifying process improvement opportunities, and providing actionable insights that drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business, sales, operational, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Support strategic planning and decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Monitor key business KPIs and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Billing, Purchasing, and Operations teams to optimize workflows.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to support business initiatives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing best practices.
• Prepare management reports and presentations for leadership reviews.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, operations analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or business management systems is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and WMS platforms, along with proven team- building and leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of LEAN and Six Sigma principles.
