Business Operations & Projects Coordinator

We're looking for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and working alongside senior business leaders.

Our client is a private family office supporting investments, strategic projects and business growth for ambitious companies across Europe. Due to the confidential nature of the business, we're looking for a professional who combines excellent organizational skills with discretion, reliability and the confidence to operate in a dynamic business environment.

This is not a typical office role.

You'll coordinate business meetings, support strategic projects, organize events, work closely with lawyers, accountants and other business professionals, and occasionally travel to represent the team or manage important activities on site.

What you'll be doing:

✔ Coordinating meetings with senior stakeholders

✔ Organizing business events and executive schedules

✔ Supporting strategic projects from planning to execution

✔ Working with external advisors and professional partners

✔ Managing travel and logistics

✔ Ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes

We're looking for someone who is:

• Highly organized and proactive

• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information

• Independent but also a genuine team player

• Professional and confident when dealing with senior executives

• Flexible and open to travelling approximately twice per month

• Comfortable making decisions and solving unexpected challenges

• Fluent in English
