Business Operations & Strategy – Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior management in overseeing business operations and key projects.
• Analyse basic P&L, costs, margins, profitability, and cash flow.
• Monitor KPIs and project/business unit performance.
• Identify operational issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and propose practical solutions.
• Work directly with onsite teams to solve problems and improve processes.
• Prepare management reports and decision-support analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and follow up on key action items.
• Support special projects and selected Chief of Staff–type responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Approximately 25–32 years old.
• 3–7 years of experience in Operations, Management Trainee, Business Analysis, Project Management, Finance, or related fields.
• Financial Services / Investment / Trading experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of P&L, costs, profitability, and cash flow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working onsite.
• Strong ownership, integrity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.
