Business Operations Associate

About the role

Quartus is looking for a motivated and hands-on Business Operations Associate to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management and gain broad exposure across business operations in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business operations and key company initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow up on deliverables, timelines and action items.
• Assist management with business planning, research, analysis and operational execution.
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials and business documentation as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identify potential issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support the improvement and implementation of internal processes and operational workflows.
• Provide ad-hoc operational and project support to senior management as required.

About you

• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in business operations, project coordination, consulting, strategy or a related function.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills with good attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritise effectively and operate comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resourceful and willing to take initiative.
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-growing organisation is an advantage.
