We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operational activities of Fourcore’s project portfolio across all business units. The ideal candidate is highly organised, communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with minimal supervision

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operational activities across all active projects.
• Coordinate with field teams on operational matters and ensure timely resolution of field-level issues.
• Track operational metrics and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
• Support the implementation of standard operating procedures.
• Assist in resolving operational challenges and escalate where necessary.
• Assist in organising stakeholder engagement activities and events.
• Liaise with partners, vendors, and stakeholders as directed.
• Prepare operational reports for review by the Head of Business Operations.
• Compile data and provide input for management presentations and updates.
• Maintain accurate logs and activity records for all assigned operational areas.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
