About the opportunity

I'm working with an early-stage healthtech company building AI software for clinical genomics. DNA sequencing is now fast and affordable, and it plays a growing role in cancer care, rare disease and beyond. The bottleneck is interpretation. Turning a patient's genetic data into a clear, reliable report a doctor can act on still takes specialists hours of manual research per case.

This company's platform speeds that up. It gathers and summarises the relevant scientific and clinical evidence, so lab experts can spend their time on the medical decisions. The product is already live with diagnostic labs, starting in oncology, and the team is now growing.

They're looking for a graduate or early-career Founders Associate/ to learn directly from the founders and play an active part in building the business.

What you'll be involved in

• Working alongside the founders on strategic projects and helping put plans into action.
• Supporting finance tasks such as budgeting, reporting and working with the external accountants.
• Helping with recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day operations.
• Creating reports and dashboards that show how the business is performing.
• Using AI and automation tools to make everyday work simpler and faster.
• Helping keep the company organised and compliant in a regulated medical field (EU IVDR, AI Act, GDPR).
• Taking on new projects as the company grows and priorities shift.

About you

• A recent graduate or early in your career, with a degree in business, engineering, life sciences, medicine or a similar field.
• Ambitious and motivated, with a genuine drive to learn and grow.
• Organised, analytical and comfortable working with numbers.
• Proactive: you like to take initiative and see things through.
• Curious about genomics, precision medicine and AI. No scientific background is needed, just an interest in learning.
• Internships, student projects, societies or anything you've started yourself are all valued.
