Codepole is a fast-growing consulting company & venture enabler. We are experts in finance, product development, and app development working with large companies (Spotify, HBO Max, Klarna, Tele2) as well as scale ups and start ups. In addition to our consulting services, we build and launch our own ventures together with our team members.

Role Overview

We are expanding our team with a Business Operations Associate to take responsibility of operational areas in both Codepole but also our ventures (2 fintech ventures and 1 IT consultancy in addition to Codepole). The role will include a wide set of areas, from marketing and sales, to finance and admin. A role that will enable our group to scale and for an ambitious person to grow.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with the Partners of the firm
• Sales & marketing operations: support us in work related to our sales, both through our partner network, as well as directly to our clients and in marketing activities.
• Finance & admin: manage the contact with our external accountants, support in financial analyses, etc.

Who you are

• You are fluent in Swedish and communicate well in English
• You are a motivated and driven person who do not shy away from taking responsibility or asking questions when you do not understand.
• You have a Bsc or Msc. If you don't then just be clear why your drive and engagement weighs up for it.
