  • Evaluate the status, effectiveness, and performance of key initiatives, programs, and projects; identify barriers to execution; and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Develop operational assessments, executive briefings, strategic reports, performance metrics, and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
  • Research, analyze, interpret, and synthesize information from diverse sources to provide leadership with actionable recommendations and business insights.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of organizational reporting processes, dashboards, metrics, and tracking systems used to monitor performance and support strategic objectives.
  • Assess organizational processes for effectiveness, consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency; recommend and implement improvements where appropriate.
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business requirements.
  • Independently evaluate incoming actions, assignments, and correspondence, determining priorities, routing requirements, and appropriate responses based on organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and review executive-level correspondence, reports, briefing materials, presentations, and recommendations requiring interpretation of policy, business objectives, and operational impacts.
  • Analyze organizational trends, performance indicators, and operational data to support planning, forecasting, and leadership decision-making.
  • Provide strategic coordination of leadership meetings, conferences, and engagements, including agenda development, action-item management, issue resolution, and follow-through on assigned initiatives.
  • Evaluate travel requirements and related regulatory considerations, ensuring compliance with applicable organizational and governmental policies while supporting mission requirements.
  • Maintain oversight of organizational records, program documentation, and information management systems to ensure operational continuity, compliance, and accessibility.
  • Anticipate leadership requirements by proactively identifying information needs, conducting research, and developing recommendations for executive consideration.
  • Serve as a key contributor to strategic planning efforts, organizational initiatives, and operational improvement activities that support business objectives and mission success.
  • Perform additional duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned in support of organizational objectives, mission requirements, and leadership priorities.

Required Qualifications
