Business Operations Coordinator

G3 System is a growing IT solutions and systems integration company. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Business Operations Coordinator to assist with daily business operations, including accounting support, quotations, order processing, and general administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate should be organized, comfortable working with numbers, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payment tracking.
• Prepare customer quotations and assist with pricing calculations.
• Process and track purchase orders (POs) and sales orders.
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, product availability, and order status.
• Review and maintain invoices, quotations, and other business documents.
• Assist with basic financial records, expense tracking, and data entry.
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks, invoicing, or order processing is a plus.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency preferred.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
