We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Business Operations Director to lead and optimize the daily operations of our travel agency. This role is vital in ensuring seamless service delivery, operational efficiency, and the achievement of business objectives. Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the travel agency, ensuring smooth coordination among departments such as sales, customer service, logistics, and administration.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Lead strategic planning initiatives to expand market presence and improve operational performance.
• Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and service providers to ensure reliable support for travel arrangements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing customers.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Lead a team of managers and staff by providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Analyze operational data to inform decision-making processes and optimize resource allocation.
• Handle escalated client issues or complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business operations management within the travel or hospitality industry is highly preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
