Business Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of business challenges, using data and analysis to identify issues, opportunities and practical solutions.
• Monitor business performance, customer/driver behaviour, competitors and regulatory changes to support business decisions.
• Assess business opportunities, costs and potential outcomes, and measure the effectiveness of new initiatives.
• Support driver acquisition and retention programmes, as well as onboarding, support, compliance and day-to-day operations.
• Work closely with different teams and stakeholders to implement projects, improve processes and ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain accurate operational data and documentation while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions using available information.
• Curious and commercially minded, with an interest in understanding business performance and industry trends.
• Good attention to detail with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain information clearly to different audiences.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, analytics or a similar role.
• Knowledge or experience in ride-hailing, transport or logistics, particularly Singapore's point-to-point transport industry, is an advantage.
