Job Description

Shubhshree Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is seeking for a proactive, results-driven, execution-focused Business Operations Manager. The role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, standardizing processes, monitoring business performance, leading cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution across all business functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, analytical, and operational management skills with the ability to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day business operations across departments.
• Develop and implement SOPs, policies, and process improvements.
• Track business performance, KPIs, and departmental targets.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
• Work closely with senior management and departmental heads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• MBA or Postgraduate qualification preferred.

Experience

• 3-8 years of experience in Business Operations, Operations Management, Project Coordinator, or in a similar leadership support role. .
• Experience working directly with Senior Management or business leaders is preferred.
