Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Operations Intern to help build and improve the systems and processes behind Growbro's growing business.
Responsibilities
- Maintain CRM data and business records
- Track sales and customer onboarding activities
- Prepare business reports and dashboards
- Coordinate between sales, onboarding and customer success teams
- Document internal processes
- Track tasks and operational KPIs
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Maintain databases and spreadsheets
- Assist management with day-to-day business operations
Ideal Candidate
- BBA student / graduate
- Strong organizational skills
- Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Analytical mindset
- Good communication
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with multiple teams
- Interested in startup operations
Preferred Skills
