About Us
Luxe Mobile IV is a fast-growing concierge healthcare company serving clients across multiple cities. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a sharp, motivated, and tech-savvy intern to assist our leadership team with a variety of operational projects, research assignments, administrative tasks, and business initiatives.
This is a hands-on internship for someone who wants exposure to how a growing company actually operates. Rather than focusing on one narrow area, you will work across different parts of the business and help with whatever projects are most important at the time.
Some days may involve researching vendors or competitors and organizing the findings into a spreadsheet. Other days may involve helping with scheduling, creating reports, researching a new market, assisting with customer service, developing materials with AI, or helping leadership complete an operational project.
We are especially interested in college students, recent graduates, or early-career candidates who are resourceful, comfortable with technology, and capable of figuring things out independently.
Position Overview
The Operations & Business Projects Intern will support leadership with research, data organization, administrative work, customer service, and special projects.
A major part of the role will involve using technology and AI tools to work more efficiently. You should be comfortable researching unfamiliar topics, organizing information, using spreadsheets, writing clear summaries, and learning new software quickly.
This is not an internship where you will spend all day observing other employees. You will be expected to contribute to real projects and help move work forward.
Responsibilities will vary depending on current business priorities.

- Conduct research on vendors, competitors, markets, products, pricing, business opportunities, and other topics as needed.
- Gather information from multiple sources and organize findings into clear, usable summaries.
- Build comparison tables, reports, and spreadsheets to help leadership evaluate options and make decisions.
- Research potential solutions to operational problems and present recommendations.
- Assist with special projects related to company expansion, new markets, hiring, operations, marketing, or customer experience.
- Turn unorganized information into concise reports, summaries, or action items.
Operations & Administrative Support
- Assist leadership with day-to-day operational projects and follow-up.
- Help organize information, documents, spreadsheets, and project materials.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and outstanding items to help ensure projects are completed.
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, documentation, and other administrative responsibilities.
- Research and communicate with vendors or service providers when needed.
- Help prepare meeting notes, internal documentation, procedures, and business communications.
- Assist with miscellaneous projects that arise as the company grows.
AI & Technology
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to assist with research, brainstorming, writing, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Use AI to organize information, compare options, generate ideas, and improve productivity.
- Experiment with new software and technology that could improve company workflows.
- Learn and work across multiple online platforms, communication tools, scheduling systems, spreadsheets, and business applications.
- Help identify repetitive tasks or processes that could potentially be improved using AI or technology.
Spreadsheet & Data Support
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for operational projects, research, tracking, and analysis.
- Organize and clean data so that information is easy to understand and use.
- Perform basic calculations and comparisons.
- Create tables and summaries that clearly communicate findings.
- Assist with basic business analysis when needed.
Customer Service & General Business Support
Depending on business needs, you may occasionally assist with:
- Answering or returning customer calls, texts, or chats.

- Assisting with appointment changes, scheduling, and basic operational coordination.
- Communicating information between customers, nurses, and internal team members.
- Supporting advertising, social media, recruiting, or other business functions on an as-needed basis.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- Highly comfortable with AI tools. You should already use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms and understand how to use them for research, writing, brainstorming, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Strong with spreadsheets and numbers. You should be comfortable organizing information in Excel or Google Sheets, using formulas, performing calculations, and building clear tables or trackers.
- Resourceful. If you do not know how to do something, your first instinct should be to research it, learn it, and attempt to solve the problem.
- A strong researcher. You should be able to find reliable information online, compare sources, and identify the most important findings.
- A clear writer. You should be able to take a large amount of information and turn it into a concise, organized summary.
- Tech-savvy. You should be comfortable learning unfamiliar software and working across multiple applications at once.
- Organized and attentive to detail.
- Dependable and able to work independently.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and revising your work.
- Able to switch between different types of assignments as priorities change.
- Discreet and professional when working with sensitive company or customer information.
- Curious about business and interested in understanding how companies operate.

College students, recent graduates, and candidates seeking their first professional business experience are encouraged to apply.
Coursework or experience involving business, operations, finance, marketing, communications, analytics, entrepreneurship, information systems, or a related field is helpful but not required.
We care more about your judgment, resourcefulness, technology skills, ability to learn, and quality of work than the number of years you have worked in a similar position.
