Business Operations Lead

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly capable Business Operations Lead to work closely with the founder and leadership team to bring structure, accountability, and execution across the business.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can take ownership, manage complex projects, improve systems, and turn ideas into action. The ideal candidate is proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage business operations, workflows, and process improvements
• Build and maintain SOPs and scalable systems
• Lead projects from planning through execution
• Manage timelines, priorities, deliverables, and follow-ups
• Support Monday.com, CRM, and workflow optimization
• Coordinate vendors, invoicing, purchasing, and administrative processes
• Work directly with the founder on strategic initiatives
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions
• Create accountability and ensure projects move forward

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Project Management, Executive Support, or similar roles
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Experience supporting founders, executives, startups, or growing businesses preferred
• Familiarity with CRM, workflow tools, SOPs, and automation
• Experience with Monday.com, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar tools
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
• Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through
• Comfortable working independently and managing ambiguity

Pay: $138.00 - $207.00 per hour
