Business Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth delivery of projects and services to clients.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on results.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Proven project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent vendor sourcing, coordination, and management skills.
