Business Operations Manager

• We’re looking for a Swiss army knife operator who can jump in and help us reach our next phase of growth
• You will support the team with daily responsibilities and various ad hoc projects, enabling them to concentrate on strategic, high-impact efforts
• Itinerant project and program management on cross-functional initiatives
• Data analysis/dashboarding/reporting
• Strategic thinking based on data
• Customer discovery and A/B testing
• New business / product development and opportunity modeling

• 3-4 years of experience in consulting, banking, or startup business operations
