Duties

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and meet organizational goals.
• Oversee profit and loss analysis to monitor financial health, identify opportunities for growth, and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Utilize Excel data analysis to interpret complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making.
• Drive project management efforts by planning, executing, and closing initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement business management strategies aligned with company objectives, including process improvements and lean management practices.
• Manage customer service standards by ensuring high-quality interactions that foster client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, business development, and operational initiatives to support long-term growth.

Experience

• Proven management experience with a strong track record in supervising teams and leading operational functions.
• Extensive experience in profit & loss analysis, financial management, and operational oversight.
• Demonstrated expertise in Excel data analysis for business insights and decision-making support.
• Strong background in project management, process improvement, and strategic management within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing teams at an executive level with excellent managerial communication skills.
• Background in sales, business development, and customer service is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with lean management principles and operational management best practices is preferred.
• Must be proficiency in ramp,Quickbook,Gusto

Pay: $35.23 - $40.10 per hour
