Business Operations Manager – Renewable Energy

We are looking for a Licensed Electrical Engineer to join our growing renewable energy team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily business and project operations

• Coordinate Sales, Project, Procurement, Finance, and Installation teams

• Monitor project timelines, costs, materials, and contractors

• Manage supplier and contractor relationships

• Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and according to company standards

• Handle customer concerns and after-sales coordination

• Develop and improve operational systems and processes

• Prepare operational reports and assist management in business planning

Qualifications:

• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) – required

• 3–5 years’ experience in operations, project management, construction, solar, or renewable energy

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Good knowledge of electrical/solar systems and project execution

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Willing to travel to project sites when required
