Seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead and optimize our company's core operational functions. In this role, you will drive efficiency, enhance profitability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This manager will frequently be on the production floor.

Duties

• Oversee the end-to-end production process for all orders
• Maintain production schedules, anticipating potential roadblocks and proactively solving them
• Collaborate closely with production managers for each department, as well as client relations
• Implement and refine production workflows, tools, and best practices to increase efficiency, including staying up-to-date with industry advancements
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
• A calm, solutions-focused mindset—even when the unexpected happens
