A founder led Perth trade and wholesale manufacturer, with customer service most businesses only talk about, is taking its consumer sales to the next level with a game-changing new online store. The founders want to work on the business, not in it. That's where you come in.

Keys to the building, not the stationery cupboard

Nobody here needs another person to manage. They need someone who walks in, takes the operation and the people, and runs it. You'll lead a team of around 15 and report to the two founders. You'll work closely with the founders at first, then take more and more off their plate. You have the confidence, nous and logic to solve the problem in front of you, and the sense to ask for guidance early, then go and fix it yourself.

Your days, unfiltered

No two days look the same, and that's the appeal. One minute you're juggling a production run, the next you're sorting a customer's dream order before it's due out the door.

• Run it from the floor to the front door: production, dispatch, customer service and every moving part in between
• Move people to where the work is, ride the peaks and troughs, and make the quiet times count
• Know what production costs, what it should cost, and close the gap
• Protect a customer experience that already gives people a reason to come back, and lift it as online orders grow
