Job Summary A reputable skincare and haircare brand is urgently seeking a competent, proactive, and results-driven Business Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities, coordinate teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth business operations.

Immediate resumption is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficient workflow across departments.
• Coordinate production, inventory, stock availability, and resource utilisation.
• Supervise order fulfilment, logistics, delivery, and distribution activities.
• Monitor customer service performance and ensure prompt resolution of complaints.
• Supervise operational staff, monitor productivity, and ensure task completion and accountability.
• Coordinate distributors, retailers, and field operations to support business growth.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor operational expenses and promote cost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate operational records and submit daily and weekly reports to management.
• Implement systems and procedures that improve efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business operations, operations management, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating teams and managing multiple operational functions.
• Good understanding of production, inventory, logistics, and order fulfilment.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, take initiative, and drive results.
• Availability to resume immediately.

REMUNERATION

₦300,000 net monthly.
