Business Operations Manager I

For our client, we are seeking a Business Operations Manager I to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will lead core operational processes that support SaaS and hardware planning, vendor performance, and budget visibility across the business. The manager will partner closely with IT, finance, business systems, and leadership teams to improve decision-making and keep critical platforms and renewals on track. It also includes building team capability through direct people leadership and helping shape scalable operating rhythms for a growing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $104,125 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own SaaS budget and license management for core IT platforms.
• Oversee vendor management for SaaS and hardware contracts.
• Manage hardware and logistics operations across multiple regions.
• Develop direct reports and enhance team capabilities.
• Partner with business systems analysts for process design and support.
• Establish operational rhythms for budget tracking and vendor performance reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership across teams on platform and renewal decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in vendor management, SaaS operations, or IT business operations.
• Experience managing enterprise software or hardware contracts end to end.
• Demonstrated readiness for people management with a strategy for team growth.
• Experience collaborating across IT, finance, and business teams.
• Strong data analysis skills using tools like Google Sheets or Excel.
