Business Operations Specialis

Role Description The Business Operations Specialist at شركة ابتكار الضيافة الغذائية will support day-to-day operational activities across the company’s hospitality and food services functions. This part-time hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site work and remote tasks from home as business needs allow. Key responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, coordinating cross-functional workflows, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping streamline processes to improve efficiency and service quality. The specialist will assist with data collection and analysis, prepare reports and presentations for management, and support internal communication to ensure alignment between operations, customer service, and other teams. The role also involves responding to internal and external inquiries, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to the smooth execution of daily business activities.

• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for operational decision-making.

• Customer Service skills to support a high-quality experience for internal and external customers.
• Experience in hospitality, food services, or a related industry is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a hybrid work environment in Dubai.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, business software) and basic reporting.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is an advantage.
