Business Operations Specialis

Role Description The Business Operations Specialist will support the optimization of NASCO’s operational processes and business workflows in a part-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business performance data, identifying process improvements, and preparing operational reports and documentation. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to streamline procedures, support decision-making with data-driven insights, and enhance coordination between departments. The specialist will also help monitor key performance indicators, contribute to the development of standard operating procedures, and assist in resolving operational issues that impact efficiency and service quality. This position requires consistent communication with team members and proactive follow-up on assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Operations skills, with experience in process improvement and workflow optimization.
• Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and support informed decisions.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly.
• Customer Service orientation to support internal and external stakeholders and improve service quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial organizations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, reporting software) and basic data analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours effectively, and meet deadlines.
