Business Operations Specialist

About the Assignment:
As an OTC Business Ops Specialist, you will act as key liaison between external agencies and suppliers, with a special focus on planning, negotiating, and executing strategic initiatives to boost driver partner engagement and retention.

You will primarily manage and handle the following tasks:
Stakeholder Management and Negotiation;
Project Initiation; and
Vendor Operation.

Core Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day communications, align priorities, and negotiate contracts, scope, and deliverables with external agencies and suppliers.
Conceptualize, execute, manage, and evaluate end-to-end projects aimed directly at improving driver satisfaction, loyalty, and platform retention.
Ensure partners and suppliers deliver their agreed commitments on time and within budget to support driver initiatives.

Experience / Criteria:
At least 6 months experience in handling Project Management, Partner Management, Operations, or Fleet/Driver Operations.
Graduate of any business course preferred.
Strong contract/cost negotiation skills, and clear stakeholder communication.
Proficient in MS Office.
Able to structure and analyze quantitative data to extract actionable insights, as well as identify trends to optimize performance.
Thrives both independently and in team environments, taking proactive ownership of key deliverables.

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
