Your Role:

• Jointly manage high-value tender projects and engineering operations.

• Build partnerships with interior/architect firm, property developers, investors, and material suppliers.

• Provide financial co-funding or project-based capital investment for upcoming contracts.

• Ensure project execution aligns with high safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven background (minimum 7 years) in construction management, Interior & civil contracting, or real estate development.

• Strong financial acumen and capability for capital backing or joint-venture funding.

• Extensive network with project owners, consultants, and local authorities.

• High integrity, visionary, and results-oriented.
