BUSINESS PERFORMANCE ANALYST

• Monitor and analyze business performance and KPI achievement across multiple sites.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Analyze budget, expenses, and performance gaps to provide actionable insights.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Monitor action plans and follow up on KPI achievement.
• Support business improvement projects and new site openings through cross-functional coordination.
• Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Sales, and other teams to support business performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Performance Management, Data Analysis, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL/database management is an advantage.
• Good understanding of KPI, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
