Business Performance Manager (FP&A)

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business performance, profitability, and investment opportunities.
• Perform monthly financial analysis, identifying key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide insightful variance analysis between Actual, Budget, and Forecast.

Business Partnering

• Partner with Business Units, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and senior management to support strategic initiatives.
• Translate financial data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
• Support pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.

Reporting & Management Presentation

• Prepare monthly management reports and executive presentations.
• Present financial performance, key risks, and business outlook to senior leadership.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor financial and operational performance.

Strategic Analysis

• Conduct financial feasibility studies, business case evaluations, and investment analysis.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, business expansion, and strategic projects where applicable.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Process Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting automation, and data quality.
• Enhance financial reporting through BI tools and digital solutions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance
• Experience in multinational companies (MNC), FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, or Trading is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting
• Experience partnering with senior management and cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Willing to relocate and work overseas for a minimum of 3 years
