Business Planning Staff

About the role

We are seeking a Business Planning Staff to join PT Denso Manufacturing Indonesia (Multinational Company) in West Cikarang, West Java. This is a full-time position. In this role, you will support management by taking responsibility for daily planning activities, managing and analyzing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support feasibility studies, cost analysis, and profitability analysis
• Develop and monitor business plans aligned with company objectives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution
• Analyze sales trends and new product development from RFQ to mass production
• Prepare management reports, business reviews, and analytical insights
• Support continuous improvement in planning and operational processes

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Min. 3 years of experience in business planning, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Fluent in English and Indonesian. Japanese proficiency is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in data analysis and budget management
• Exposure to manufacturing or automotive business process is preferred
