Business PM/商务项目管理

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities：

• Gate based project management primary responsible for assigned Project(s - Manage, control &co-ordinate with NPI teams to ensure project objectives fulfilled.
• Develop &maintain the project plan for assigned project.
• Organize new project kick-off meeting, Co-ordinate related NPI build performance including OTD, yield rate, waste and action plan.
• Transfer customer's feedback to internal department and push the related projects.
• Follow NPI procedure to conduct NPI review meeting with all concerned parties.
• Project sign off to ensure smooth transition of new products from NPI team to site team.
• Project issue and risk management.
• Proactively communicate with project sponsors to ensure all are fully informed regarding project status and that all potential concerns are highlighted in a timely manner to ensure effective resolution.
• NPI projects weekly and monthly report accomplish.
• Weekly project summary including milestone, status, risk, business information etc.
• Monthly review with OTD, project summary etc.
• Leverage of Experience.
• Across the spectrum of projects introducing new products, review all experience to identify key learning opportunities impacting design, materials etc to ensure all future projects benefit.
• Other duties to be assigned. 岗位职责： 1. 新项目前期，协同工程及项目负责人一起努力推动项目进展，保持和客户持续沟通，了解项目最新进展状况，协助处理异常； 2. 新项目前期成本管理，负责报价和价格的谈判； 3. 协助销售部门做好物流报关以及付款周期等交易模式评估； 4. 新客户的建立与关系维护，寻找机会拓展新业务； 5. 定期拜访客户，维系良好的客户关系，调查客户满意度，反馈厂内相关部门给予改善； 6. 协助CS处理客户订单，严格按照报价单审单，客户不满意的交期再做内部调整，达成客户交期； 7. 成品库存管控，E&O处理； 8. 负责客户的降价要求处理，及协商报价汇率； 9. 协助质量部门处理客户投诉，推动不良改善进度，及时反馈客户品质要求，处理换货补货事宜； 10. 按照客户账期及时和客户对账开票，处理未及时入账等异常，协同财务部门追踪逾期货款，处理贷款状况； 11. 客户付款条件谈判； 12. 其他安排工作。 Requirements:
• Have 3-5 years or more of project management experience;
• Able to communicate with clients in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
• Have experience in quotation or business negotiation, etc;
• Have engineering background in the 3C electronics industry, familiar with design release and experience in handling rapid design changes;
• Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
• Be proactive and cooperate with work arrangements;
• Proficient in using office software and Excel related functions.
