BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST

• Documents work processes likewise develops and monitors the use of operational standards and procedures.
• Formulates new policies and guidelines to the current needs of the store, Corporate Office in order to sustain its overall functionality in the organization.
• Presents findings and recommendations based on data gathering, observations and analysis to immediate superior for further review as related to other considerations and conditions affecting the Store, Corporate current operations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• Experienced in developing policies and guidelines, process streamlining, and improvement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
