Business Process Analyst

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst who will help improve business operations by analyzing existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and designing practical process improvements. The role will work closely with stakeholders to document current and future-state processes, facilitate process mapping sessions, develop process documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and analyze As-Is and To-Be business processes and workflows
• Conduct and facilitate process mapping and process discovery workshops with relevant stakeholders
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain SOPs, RACIs, workflow diagrams, process documentation, and other process-related artifacts
• Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to determine underlying issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions
• Support the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with business and operational teams during process rollout and implementation
• Monitor process performance and support KPI tracking and reporting
• Assess improvement initiatives by documenting expected benefits, efficiency gains, and process impact
• Ensure process documentation remains accurate, updated, and aligned with actual business practices
• Support continuous improvement activities and other process management initiatives as required

Ideal Candidate Indicators

• Experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or operations
• Hands-on experience with workflow mapping and process documentation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visio, BPMN, or similar process mapping tools
• Exposure to business operations, audit, risk, compliance, or process governance
• Strong documentation and analytical skills
• Ability to translate business activities into clear process flows and structured documentation
• Able to identify inefficiencies and articulate process improvement logic
• Comfortable working with stakeholders from different business functions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple process documentation requirements
• Good communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in business process analysis, process improvement, operations, or a related function
• Knowledge of BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage
• Experience creating SOPs, RACI matrices, process maps, and workflow documentation is preferred

Pay: Up to Php75,000.00 per month
