Map processes; identify bottlenecks and control gaps; define workflows, roles, controls and escalation paths; develop SOPs; support automation and digitalization; monitor process KPIs.

Process Maps; SOPs; RACI Matrix; Process Improvement Plans; Digitalization Requirements; Process KPI Reports
