Business Process & Systems Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Process & Systems Analyst who will critically assess the company's ERP, Accounting, Treasury, and overall business processes. This is a non-managerial but highly critical role focused on identifying process gaps, system issues, inefficiencies, and internal control weaknesses, and recommending practical improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess ERP workflows, system usage, and interdepartmental processes
• Analyze Accounting, Treasury, Purchasing, Sales, HR, Operations, and other key business processes
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, duplication, errors, and control weaknesses
• Conduct process mapping and root-cause analysis to determine why issues occur
• Check whether actual practices are aligned with company SOPs and QMS standards
• Recommend improvements to workflows, controls, reports, and system utilization
• Coordinate with different departments to validate processes and identify operational issues
• Monitor implementation of approved process improvements and assess their effectiveness
• Prepare findings, process assessments, and recommendations for management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in business process improvement, systems analysis, QMS, internal audit, or process management
• Experience working with ERP systems and cross-functional business processes
• Strong understanding of Accounting, Treasury, procurement, inventory, and general business processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to identify problems independently and challenge inefficient or ineffective processes
• Not a fresh graduate; candidates must have demonstrated experience in process and systems assessment
• Experience in QMS/ISO 9001, process auditing, SOP development, or internal controls is highly preferred
