Business Process and Systems Supervisor

Basic Qualifications

You don’t need to be perfect, but here are the basics we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business process management, operations, process improvement, or a related field.
• Experience in developing and implementing SOPs, workflows, and operational systems.
• Strong understanding of process standardization, internal controls, and governance.
• Experience in coordinating teams or supervising process implementation is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to enforce standards, drive accountability, and implement improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with process mapping tools is an advantage.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will oversee the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of business processes and systems across Lotus Development.

In this role, you will:

• Develop, document, and standardize business processes, workflows, and SOPs across departments.
• Monitor process implementation and ensure teams follow established standards.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with department leaders to resolve workflow issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate process documentation, version control, and approval records.
• Monitor compliance with established procedures and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support the implementation of system improvements and process automation initiatives.
• Prepare process performance reports and recommend improvements to management.
• Guide teams in understanding and implementing updated processes and procedures.
