Summary:

The professional collaborates closely with various business units to define product requirements and develop use cases that address both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs, ensuring that solutions are practical and effective across the enterprise.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on process objectives and deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in process design and documentation.

Proficiency in Sales and Channel Management.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Sales and Channel Management.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education, BE or any equivalent is required.
